Please see the following non-negotiable terms of sale from our store.

Our Terms of Sale are as follows:

  1. No refunds permitted.
  2. We only accept returns for obvious, significant defects in manufacturing. If you open a brand new stocking and it is defective (dimpling in the stocking cuff and putting your finger through the garment is NOT a defect), contact us at retail@macdonaldshhc.com for instructions on receiving a replacement garment.
  3. If you have ordered the incorrect size by mistake, and can return the UNWORN garment in the original box, you may return the garment for exchange but a $15 handling fee will be applied (not including shipping).
  4. We do not accept EXCHANGES after 30 days from the the date of purchase.
